Job Summary:
We are seeking a highly skilled and experienced Director of Information Technology Services to join our team. The successful candidate will be responsible for leading our IT strategy and operations, ensuring that our technology infrastructure is secure, efficient, and aligned with our business goals.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Develop and implement a comprehensive IT strategy that aligns with the company's business objectives
  • Lead the planning and deployment of IT projects, ensuring timely and within-budget delivery
  • Manage the IT budget and resources, ensuring optimal utilization and cost-effectiveness
  • Collaborate with cross-functional teams to ensure seamless integration of IT systems and processes
  • Develop and maintain comprehensive policies and procedures for information management, business continuity, privacy, and security
  • Stay up-to-date with industry trends and emerging technologies, identifying opportunities for innovation and improvement

Requirements:
  • University degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, or related field
  • Minimum 10 years of experience in IT leadership, with a strong track record of success in IT strategy and operations
  • Proven expertise in IT project management, budgeting, and resource allocation
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to lead and motivate cross-functional teams
  • Strong business acumen, with a deep understanding of the telecommunications industry and its trends
