About the Role

We are seeking a highly skilled Information Technology Specialist to join our team at Mayfair Clubs. As a key member of our IT department, you will be responsible for providing technical support and assistance to our employees and customers.

Key Responsibilities
  • Technical Support: Respond to user inquiries and provide assistance with computer-related issues, including troubleshooting and resolving problems.
  • Documentation and Knowledge Management: Maintain a comprehensive problems and solutions log to facilitate knowledge sharing and collaboration among technical support analysts.
  • Training and Development: Provide training and guidance to users on the effective use of technology and software applications.
  • Project Collaboration: Participate in the design and implementation of new applications and software solutions to enhance business processes and improve user experience.
  • Team Leadership: Supervise and mentor junior technical support staff to ensure the delivery of high-quality service and support.
  • Customer Service: Provide exceptional customer service and support to users, responding to their needs and concerns in a timely and professional manner.
Requirements
  • Education: College or CEGEP diploma in a relevant field, such as computer science or information technology.
  • Experience: A minimum of 3 years of experience in a technical support role, with a strong background in computer hardware, software, and networking.
  • Language: Fluency in English is required, with the ability to communicate effectively with users and colleagues.
