As a Food Service Supervisor at East to West Holdings Inc., you will play a vital role in overseeing the daily operations of our culinary team. Your leadership will ensure that our food service meets the highest standards of quality and efficiency.
Qualifications- Education: Secondary (high) school graduation certificate
- Experience: 3 to 5 years in a similar role
You will be working in a fast-paced restaurant setting where attention to detail and the ability to work under pressure are essential.
Key Responsibilities- Develop and implement strategies to meet work schedules
- Order food and kitchen supplies as needed
- Supervise and coordinate the activities of food preparation staff
- Train team members on job responsibilities, sanitation, and safety protocols
- Estimate the necessary ingredients and supplies for meal preparation
- Ensure compliance with quality control standards for food and service
- Address and resolve customer complaints or concerns
- Maintain accurate records of inventory, repairs, sales, and waste
- Prepare and submit operational reports
- Compile food order summaries for the chef
- Oversee the assembly of trays and delivery of food trolleys
- Establish work schedules for the team
You will be responsible for supervising a team of 5-10 staff members.
Safety and SecurityA criminal record check is required for this position.
