Job Description: Paid Social Strategist

As a Paid Social Strategist, you will play a pivotal role in leading and managing the implementation of paid social campaigns for our clients. Your expertise will be instrumental in achieving their marketing objectives and driving tangible business results.

Accountabilities:
  • Collaborate with Client Leads and Strategy Leads to define the strategic direction and execution of client campaigns, ensuring alignment with overall business goals.
  • Spearhead the setup and management of paid social media campaigns across various platforms (Facebook Ads Manager, Twitter, Pinterest, Snapchat, etc.), encompassing audience research, campaign creation, ad set optimization, and performance measurement.
  • Continuously optimize client campaigns by analyzing performance data, identifying trends, and implementing adjustments to maximize ROI. Provide insightful reporting and commentary to clients on a regular basis.
  • Mentor and guide Business Performance Analysts in their daily tasks, including campaign execution, optimization, reporting, and insights generation.
  • Contribute your innovative ideas and perspectives to client strategy discussions, agency operations, and industry trends. Actively participate in meetings and share your expertise.
  • Develop a deep understanding of individual client needs and business objectives to effectively support their success. Ensure clients have access to the necessary information and resources.
  • Cultivate a comprehensive understanding of the client's business landscape, with a particular focus on your area of responsibility.
