Job Title: Office Clerk

We are seeking a highly organized and detail-oriented Office Clerk to join our team at G and G Linehaul Transport Ltd.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Receive and forward telephone or electronic enquiries in a timely and professional manner.
  • Process incoming and outgoing mail manually or electronically, ensuring accuracy and efficiency.
  • Prepare and format page presentation for various documents and reports.
  • Photocopy and collate documents for distribution, mailing, and filing.
  • Order office supplies and maintain inventory levels to ensure a smooth operation.
  • Prepare and monitor contracts and budgets to ensure compliance and accuracy.
Work Environment:

The successful candidate will work in a fast-paced environment, handling heavy loads and working in a team-oriented setting.

Requirements:
  • 7 months to less than 1 year of experience in an administrative role.
  • Permanent employment with a 35-hour workweek.
  • Fluency in English as the primary language of communication.
