Job Title: Inventory Control Supervisor

At AMICO PATIENT CARE, we are seeking an experienced Inventory Control Supervisor to join our team. As an Inventory Control Supervisor, you will be responsible for planning and organizing the operational logistics of our organization, ensuring that our inventory is accurately managed and that our operations run smoothly.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Develop and implement inventory management plans to prioritize tasks and optimize inventory levels.
  • Plan and organize operational logistics, including coordinating activities with other work units or departments.
  • Prepare and submit reports to management on inventory levels, stock movements, and other relevant metrics.
  • Resolve work problems, provide technical advice, and recommend measures to improve productivity and product quality.
  • Train workers in duties and policies, and coordinate, assign, and review work to ensure that tasks are completed efficiently.
  • Requisition or order materials, equipment, and supplies as needed, and establish work schedules and procedures to ensure that operations run smoothly.
Requirements:
  • 5-10 years of experience in inventory management or a related field.
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to work effectively with a team.
  • Strong analytical and problem-solving skills, with the ability to interpret data and make informed decisions.
  • Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and under pressure, with a high level of accuracy and attention to detail.
  • Fluency in English, with the ability to communicate effectively with colleagues and stakeholders.
