Job Title: Inventory Control Supervisor

At AMICO PATIENT CARE, we are seeking an experienced Inventory Control Supervisor to join our team. As a key member of our operations team, you will be responsible for planning, organizing, and overseeing the operational logistics of our organization.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Develop and implement specific plans to prioritize tasks and optimize inventory management.
  • Plan and organize operational logistics, including coordinating activities with other work units or departments.
  • Prepare and submit reports to management on inventory levels, stock movements, and other key performance indicators.
  • Resolve work problems, provide technical advice, and recommend measures to improve productivity and product quality.
  • Train workers in duties and policies, and coordinate, assign, and review work to ensure efficient operations.
  • Requisition or order materials, equipment, and supplies as needed.
  • Establish work schedules and procedures to ensure smooth operations.
Requirements:
  • 5-10 years of experience in inventory control or a related field.
  • Excellent analytical and problem-solving skills.
  • Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
  • Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and under pressure.
  • Attention to detail and ability to maintain accurate records.
Working Conditions:
  • Fast-paced environment with frequent deadlines.
  • Work under pressure to meet inventory management goals.
  • Attention to detail required to maintain accurate records.

Experience:
  • 7 months to less than 1 year of experience in inventory control or a related field.
