About the Role

We are seeking a highly organized and detail-oriented Bookkeeper to join our team at YK Freightways Inc. As a Bookkeeper, you will be responsible for maintaining accurate financial records and ensuring the smooth operation of our accounting systems.

Key Responsibilities
  • Financial Record Keeping: Maintain and balance various accounts using manual and computerized bookkeeping systems.
  • General Ledger Maintenance: Ensure the accuracy and completeness of general ledgers and financial statements.
  • Journal Entry Posting: Post journal entries in a timely and accurate manner.
  • Tax Return Preparation: Prepare and submit tax returns for the company.
  • Financial Statement Preparation: Prepare trial balance of books and reconcile accounts.
