Job Title: Executive Chef

We are seeking an experienced Executive Chef to join our team at Mr Mikes Steakhouse. As a key member of our culinary team, you will be responsible for leading the preparation and presentation of our menu items, ensuring high-quality dishes are served to our guests.

Responsibilities:
  • Lead a team of cooks and kitchen staff to prepare and cook complete meals and individual dishes
  • Develop and implement new menu items and recipes to enhance our culinary offerings
  • Maintain a clean and organized kitchen environment, adhering to health and safety standards
  • Train and mentor junior staff members to improve their culinary skills
  • Order supplies and equipment to ensure efficient kitchen operations
Requirements:
  • 1-2 years of experience as a head cook or executive chef in a high-volume kitchen
  • Strong leadership and communication skills to motivate and guide a team
  • Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and adapt to changing priorities
  • Knowledge of food safety and sanitation procedures
  • High school diploma or equivalent required
