Job Title: Executive Chef

We are seeking an experienced Executive Chef to join our culinary team at Sparkling Hill Wellness Hotel Ltd.

Job Summary:

The Executive Chef will be responsible for leading our kitchen team in the preparation and presentation of high-quality dishes, ensuring exceptional customer service, and maintaining a clean and safe working environment.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Menu Planning and Execution: Develop and implement menus that meet the hotel's quality standards and cater to diverse dietary needs.
  • Team Leadership: Supervise and train kitchen staff, providing guidance and support to ensure seamless service delivery.
  • Inventory Management: Oversee food and supply inventory, ensuring accurate ordering and minimizing waste.
  • Food Safety and Quality: Maintain a clean and safe kitchen environment, adhering to health and safety regulations.
  • Customer Service: Ensure exceptional customer service, responding to guest feedback and concerns.
Requirements:
  • Education: Secondary (high) school graduation certificate
  • Experience: 2 years to less than 3 years
  • Certifications: Food Safety Certificate
