Job Title: Executive Chef

We are seeking an experienced Executive Chef to join our team at Sparkling Hill Wellness Hotel Ltd. As a key member of our culinary team, you will be responsible for leading our kitchen operations and ensuring the highest quality of food and service.

Responsibilities:
  • Estimate and manage food costs, labor costs, and inventory levels to maintain profitability.
  • Develop and implement menus that meet the needs of our guests and exceed their expectations.
  • Supervise and train a team of cooks and kitchen staff to ensure excellent food preparation and presentation.
  • Maintain a clean and safe kitchen environment that meets health and safety standards.
  • Collaborate with our events team to create customized menus for weddings, banquets, and other special events.
  • Manage kitchen supplies and requisition food and equipment as needed.
  • Ensure that all food is prepared and presented to the highest standards of quality and presentation.
Requirements:
  • Secondary (high) school graduation certificate.
  • 2 years to less than 3 years of experience in a similar role.
  • Food Safety Certificate.
  • Excellent leadership and communication skills.
  • Ability to work under pressure and maintain a high level of attention to detail.
  • Flexibility to work a variety of shifts, including evenings and weekends.
