About the Role

We are seeking a highly organized and detail-oriented Distribution Supervisor to join our team at Hong Dao Business Development Ltd. As a key member of our operations team, you will be responsible for ensuring the smooth operation of our distribution activities.

Key Responsibilities
  • Co-ordination and Planning: Co-ordinate activities with other work units or departments to ensure seamless execution of distribution tasks.
  • Reporting and Documentation: Prepare and submit reports to management on a regular basis, highlighting key performance indicators and areas for improvement.
  • Equipment Maintenance: Ensure the smooth operation of computer equipment and machinery, performing routine maintenance and troubleshooting as needed.
  • Problem-Solving and Technical Advice: Resolve work problems, provide technical advice, and recommend measures to improve productivity and product quality.
  • Staff Management: Recruit, hire, train, and manage a team of 3-4 staff members, conducting performance reviews and providing guidance on duties and policies.
  • Logistics and Supply Chain Management: Plan, organize, and oversee the operational logistics of the organization, including requisitioning and ordering materials, equipment, and supplies.
  • Work Scheduling and Procedures: Establish work schedules and procedures, ensuring that all tasks are completed efficiently and effectively.
Requirements
  • Education: Secondary (high) school graduation certificate.
  • Experience: 2 years to less than 3 years of experience in a related field.
  • Computer and Technology Knowledge: Proficient in MS Excel, MS Outlook, MS PowerPoint, and MS Word.
  • Transportation/Travel Information: Willing to travel.
  • Work Conditions and Physical Capabilities: Ability to work in a fast-paced environment, work under pressure, and maintain attention to detail.
  • Personal Suitability: Strong judgement, organized, reliable, and able to work independently.

  • Language: English.
  • Work Hours: 30 to 40 hours per week.
