Position Overview

We are seeking a dedicated Pastry Chef to join our culinary team at Ciao Bella Restaurant LTD. The ideal candidate will possess a strong foundation in baking and pastry arts, ensuring the delivery of high-quality baked goods to our valued customers.

Qualifications
  • Education: Completion of secondary (high) school graduation certificate
  • Experience: 1 to 2 years in a similar role
Work Environment

This position is set within a bustling restaurant atmosphere, providing an exciting and dynamic work setting.

Key Responsibilities
  • Prepare dough for various baked items, including pies, breads, rolls, and pastries, following established recipes or special requests.
  • Order and manage inventory of ingredients and supplies necessary for baking.
  • Bake a variety of doughs and batters to perfection.
  • Accommodate special orders as per customer specifications.
  • Ensure all products meet the highest quality standards.
  • Conduct inspections of kitchen and food service areas to maintain cleanliness and safety.
  • Operate baking machinery and equipment efficiently.
  • Maintain an organized inventory of supplies.
  • Prepare dishes that cater to customers with food allergies or dietary restrictions.
