Job Title: General Manager - Airport Hotel

We are seeking an experienced and dynamic General Manager to lead our team at Comfort Hotel Airport North. As a key member of our management team, you will be responsible for overseeing the day-to-day operations of the hotel, ensuring exceptional guest experiences, and driving business growth.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Develop and implement strategies to improve hotel performance, guest satisfaction, and revenue growth.
  • Lead and manage a team of department heads, ensuring effective communication, collaboration, and accountability.
  • Monitor and control hotel expenses, ensuring budgetary compliance and optimal resource allocation.
  • Represent the hotel in local business communities, fostering relationships with key stakeholders and partners.
  • Ensure compliance with company policies, procedures, and regulatory requirements.
Requirements:
  • 5+ years of experience in hotel management, preferably in a senior leadership role.
  • Proven track record of success in driving business growth, improving guest satisfaction, and leading high-performing teams.
  • Excellent communication, leadership, and problem-solving skills.
  • Ability to work in a fast-paced environment, prioritize tasks, and meet deadlines.
  • Strong analytical and financial management skills.
