Your Role and Responsibilities:

The primary responsibility of the Installed Sales Manager is to oversee the daily operations of the installation sales department.

  • Lead and mentor team members
  • Evaluate and manage team performance
  • Ensure sufficient staffing through effective scheduling
  • Deliver exceptional customer service
  • Prepare products for installation pickup or delivery
  • Collaborate with the Installed Sales team to resolve issues, monitor order statuses, and communicate updates to customers
  • Inform team members about sales promotions
  • Utilize internal systems and analyze reports to manage inventory, address issues, track orders, and retrieve necessary information
  • Operate store equipment, manage phone communications, and complete daily tasks as assigned
  • Work closely with installers to provide outstanding customer service by engaging with customers, addressing their requests, identifying their needs, and resolving any concerns

Qualifications:

  • High school diploma or equivalent
  • A minimum of 3 years of relevant experience in a retail setting
  • Proficiency with computer and web-based systems (e.g., email, online applications, scheduling systems)
  • Understanding of inventory management practices
  • At least 1 year of experience in customer service within the home improvement sector
