Viacore Rouyn-Noranda, Quebec is looking for is looking for a dynamic self-starter to join our Inside Sales team. We're looking for someone with a good understanding of our business, who is computer literate and have knowledge of, or willing to learn, our internal ERP system and invoicing process.

**What you'll be doing**:

- Communicate with customers and other branch employees to ensure order accuracy and smooth operations.
- Invoicing - ensure all proper paperwork is completed, inventory adjustments are complete, costing and pricing is accurate
- Produce work orders and slitting permits for jobs, coordinate slitting jobs with Slitter, Shipper / Receiver or Shop Foreman / Service Manager
- Assist Outside Sales with quotations and sourcing products

**What you'll need to succeed**:

- strong working knowledge of computers - Microsoft Word, Excel, Outlook, and Internet
- Ability to multi-task and work under pressure
- Excellent customer service and problem solving skills
- Ability to communicate effectively with customers, co-workers, and supervisors
- Detail-oriented, organized, and committed to high standards of work
- Basic mechanical aptitude required
- Conveyor knowledge
- Fluent in English and French

- Communiquez avec les clients et les autres employés de la succursale pour assurer l'exactitude des commandes et le bon déroulement des opérations.
- Facturation - assurez-vous que tous les documents appropriés sont remplis, que les ajustements d'inventaire sont complets, que les coûts et les prix sont exacts
- Produire des bons de travail et des permis de refendage pour les travaux, coordonner les travaux de découpe avec Slitter, Shipper / Receiver ou Shop Foreman / Service Manager
- Aider les ventes extérieures avec des devis et des produits d'approvisionnement

**Qualifications requises**

- Aptitude mécanique de base requise
- Connaissance du convoyeur
- Parler couramment l'anglais et le français
- **Compétences et capacités**:_
- Doit avoir une solide connaissance pratique des ordinateurs - Microsoft Word, Excel, Outlook et Internet
- Capacité à effectuer plusieurs tâches et à travailler sous pression
- Excellent service à la clientèle et compétences en résolution de problèmes
- Capacité de communiquer efficacement avec les clients, les collègues et les superviseurs

Pay: $50,000.00-$55,000.00 per year
