About the Role

We are seeking a highly motivated and detail-oriented Merchandiser to join our dynamic team. As a Merchandiser, you will play a critical role in ensuring our clients' products are accurately placed on store shelves and that our sales areas are visually appealing and well-organized.

Key Responsibilities
  • Ensure accurate product placement and rotation on store shelves.
  • Update prices and inventory levels to meet customer needs.
  • Set up and install promotional materials to drive sales.
  • Maintain a clean and organized store environment.
  • Implement planogram changes to optimize product placement.
  • Monitor inventory levels to prevent stock-outs.
  • Identify opportunities to enhance our sales area and implement changes.
  • Assist in introducing new products and educating consumers about our clients' latest innovations.
  • Foster positive relationships with store employees and managers.
Requirements
  • Availability to work Monday to Friday.
  • Availability to work morning and daytime hours.
  • Valid driver's license and access to a reliable vehicle.
  • Merchandising experience (desirable).
  • Physical capability to lift 30 lbs.
  • Computer literacy with access to a mobile device and the internet.
  • Attention to detail and ability to execute planograms accurately.
  • Strong organizational skills and ability to multitask.
  • Energetic, motivated, and enthusiastic individual.
  • Flexibility and adaptability.
  • Excellent communication skills in French (both oral and written).
