We are seeking a highly skilled Financial Controller to join our team at DEE HOLDINGS LTD.
Key Responsibilities:- Develop and implement financial plans and budgets to ensure the company's financial goals are met.
- Monitor and control financial systems, including accounts payable and accounts receivable.
- Lead and coordinate teams of data administrators to develop and implement data policies, standards, and models.
- Recruit, organize, train, and manage staff to ensure the effective operation of the finance department.
- Plan, organize, direct, control, and evaluate daily operations to ensure the company's financial objectives are achieved.
- Bachelor's degree in a relevant field.
- 3-5 years of experience in a financial management role.
- Excellent leadership and communication skills.
- Ability to work in a fast-paced environment.
- Permanent position.
- 32 hours per week.
- English language required.
