Job Responsibilities
As a Food Service Supervisor, you will play a vital role in overseeing the daily operations of our food service establishment. Your key responsibilities will include:
- Developing and implementing strategies to meet work schedules.
- Supervising and coordinating the activities of staff involved in food preparation and portioning.
- Training team members on their job responsibilities, sanitation, and safety protocols.
- Estimating the necessary ingredients and supplies for meal preparation.
- Ensuring that food quality and service standards are consistently met.
- Addressing and resolving customer complaints or concerns effectively.
- Maintaining accurate records of stock levels, repairs, sales, and waste.
- Preparing and submitting operational reports.
- Overseeing the assembly of food trays and the delivery of food trolleys.
- Creating work schedules for staff.
Supervision
You will be responsible for supervising a team of 5-10 individuals.
Work Environment
The role requires working in a fast-paced environment, often under pressure, and standing for extended periods.
