Network Infrastructure Specialist

MGR INFOTECH LIMITED is seeking a skilled Network Support Technician to join our team. As a key member of our IT department, you will be responsible for maintaining, troubleshooting, and administering our local area networks (LANs), wide area networks (WANs), mainframe networks, and computer workstations and peripheral equipment.
Key Responsibilities- Evaluate and install computer hardware, networking software, and operating system software to ensure seamless network operations.
- Provide expert problem-solving services to network users, ensuring minimal downtime and maximum productivity.
- Perform Web-server backup and recovery operations to ensure business continuity.
- Stay up-to-date with the latest virtualization, networking software, and hardware technologies to recommend and implement improvements.
- College, CEGEP, or other non-university certificate or diploma from a program of 3 months to less than 1 year.
- 7 months to less than 1 year of experience in a related field, or equivalent experience.
- Strong knowledge of networking security, intranet, servers, and Web service design.
- Ability to work under pressure, meet tight deadlines, and maintain attention to detail.
- Permanent work term with 35 hours per week and English language proficiency.
