About the Role:

We are seeking a highly skilled AIP Power BI Developer to join our team at ALLTECH CONSULTING SVC INC. As a key member of our team, you will be responsible for designing and developing business intelligence solutions using Microsoft Power BI.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Assist with gathering business and information requirements to ensure that our solutions meet the needs of our clients.
  • Provide technical expertise to design and develop Business Intelligence dashboards and reporting solutions using Microsoft Power BI.
  • Collaborate with clients to iteratively develop and deploy Microsoft Power BI solutions that meet their needs.
  • Work with clients to prepare, structure, and transform data to ensure quality and integrity of report visualizations.
  • Ensure that all aspects of business intelligent solutions incorporate organizationally defined standards for accessibility compliance.

Requirements:

  1. Technical Knowledge:
    – Experience with information technologies such as servers, storage, networks, operating systems, database technologies, security technologies (e.g., authentication), development tools and programming languages.
    – Experience with low code platforms such as Microsoft Power Platform.
    – Experience developing and implementing business intelligence solutions such as Microsoft Power BI.
    – Experience with SQL and No SQL database technologies.
  2. Analytical and Problem-Solving Skills:
    – Familiar with industry best practices, policies, and strategies for deployment of business intelligence solutions.
    – Experience assessing information and system needs of clients, and assist in the development of improved, cost-effective solutions.
    – Experience designing and developing alternatives based on business/client needs and provide recommendations on solutions.
    – Experience developing test cases and perform QA testing on business intelligence solutions.
  3. Communication & Interpersonal Skills:
    – Excellent written and oral communication skills.
    – Effective in making presentations and conducting product/solution demonstrations.
    – Work independently, with minimal supervision, as well as in a team-oriented, collaborative environment.
  4. Computer Skills:
    – Proficiency using various office applications such as Word, Excel, PowerPoint, and Visio to develop documents and presentations.
    – Experience using Microsoft Power Platform tools such as Power Automate and Power BI.
    – Knowledge and experience using shared folders and working with collaborations tools such as Microsoft Teams and SharePoint.
    – Experience using Software Development tools.
