Key Responsibilities:
  • Strategic Operations Management: Develop and evolve organizational structure to support business delivery and excellent client service, partnering closely with the CRO.
  • Develop resourcing plans, aligning to business needs in a changing environment.
  • Garner feedback from clients and implementation of needed improvements.
  • Work closely with the commercial org and finance leadership to surface trends and insights that will help improve efficiency and operational delivery and help sustain continuous growth ambitions.
  • Driving a High-Performance Culture: Drive a goal-oriented culture of success, accountability and continuous learning while always ensuring we maintain our people-first culture.
  • Act as an influential voice within the business to propagate best leadership practices at every level of the organization.
  • Evaluate development needs across the organization and work with global L&D leadership and outside vendors to facilitate up skilling across the business.
  • Indirectly manage an HR Manager responsible for HR delivery in Canada.
  • Ensure cultural alignment of people initiatives.
  • Thought Leadership: Keep up with industry trends and stay up to date with internal and external innovation.
  • Represent MiQ at client and Industry events; contribute thought leadership to industry organizations.
Qualifications:
  • Strong leadership experience within the media landscape with advanced understanding of the programmatic ecosystem and other digital channels.
  • Experience leading large teams of diverse humans, focusing on business operations.
  • People-first philosophical alignment and experience excelling in like-minded businesses.
  • Desire to join a fast-paced, growing organization that experiences constant evolution.
  • Ability to stay level-headed, focussed on the vision and lead people through ongoing changes.
