Position Overview

As a Guest Services Representative at Peace Hills Investments Ltd., you will play a crucial role in ensuring a welcoming and efficient experience for our guests. Your responsibilities will encompass a variety of tasks that are essential to the smooth operation of our front desk.

Key Responsibilities
  • Guest Registration: Welcome arriving guests and efficiently assign rooms to ensure a seamless check-in process.
  • Reservation Management: Handle room bookings, including taking, modifying, and canceling reservations as necessary.
  • Information Provision: Offer detailed information regarding hotel amenities and services, as well as local attractions.
  • Departure Processing: Manage guest check-outs, calculate charges, and process payments accurately.
  • Financial Accountability: Balance cash and complete necessary financial documentation, including cash reports and balance sheets.
  • Administrative Duties: Perform clerical tasks such as faxing, filing, and photocopying to support daily operations.
  • Communication: Answer phone calls and relay messages to ensure effective communication.
  • Housekeeping Support: Assist with light cleaning and housekeeping tasks as needed.
  • Customer Service: Provide exceptional service to enhance guest satisfaction and address any inquiries or concerns.
Qualifications
  • Education: Completion of secondary (high) school graduation certificate.
  • Experience: A minimum of 1 year to less than 2 years in a similar role.
  • Employment Type: Permanent position.
  • Work Language: English.
  • Work Hours: 40 hours per week.
