Key Responsibilities- Guest Registration: Welcome arriving guests and efficiently assign rooms.
- Reservation Management: Handle group arrivals and departures, including taking, modifying, and canceling reservations.
- Information Provision: Offer detailed information regarding hotel amenities and local attractions.
- Check-Out Procedures: Manage guest departures, calculate charges, and process payments.
- Safety Protocols: Adhere to emergency and safety procedures to ensure guest security.
- Customer Service: Deliver exceptional service, including responding to requests for wake-up calls.
Education: Completion of secondary (high) school graduation certificate is required.
Experience: A minimum of 1 year to less than 2 years in a similar role is preferred.
Work EnvironmentThis position is based in a hotel, motel, or resort setting, with working hours ranging from 30 to 44 hours per week. The primary language of communication will be English.
