Key Responsibilities
  • Guest Services: Process group arrivals and departures, take, cancel and change room reservations, and provide general information about hotel services and amenities.
  • Front Desk Operations: Manage front desk operations, including clerical duties such as faxing, filing, and photocopying, and answer telephone and relay telephone calls and messages.
  • Customer Service: Provide exceptional customer service, respond to guest inquiries, and resolve any issues in a professional and courteous manner.
  • Administrative Tasks: Process guests' departures, calculate charges, and receive payments, as well as perform other administrative tasks as required.
Requirements
  • Education: Secondary (high) school graduation certificate
  • Availability: Willingness to work a variety of shifts, including evenings and weekends
  • Language: English
  • Work Term: Permanent
  • Hours: 35 hours per week
