Position: Commercial Placement Broker
We are seeking an enthusiastic individual with a flair for corporate events to join our Commercial Lines division. As a Commercial Placement Broker, your role will involve facilitating the marketing of diverse risks within the BC region. You will collaborate closely with insurance providers, Managing General Agents (MGAs), and our internal teams to secure favorable terms for both new and existing clientele.
Key Responsibilities:
- Offer marketing assistance for commercial placements in the BC region.
- Partner with Producers and company leaders to cultivate niche markets.
- Aid in mentoring new team members on commercial insurance products.
- Maintain relationships with key carriers and organize essential training sessions.
Qualifications:
- 3-5 years of experience in commercial insurance.
- General Insurance License Level 2.
- Strong technical expertise and communication abilities.
- Capacity to work collaboratively and approach problem-solving with creativity.
Compensation:
Salary Range: $75,000.00 - $90,000.00, along with a comprehensive benefits package.
