Job Title: Human Resources Administrator

We are seeking a highly organized and detail-oriented Human Resources Administrator to join our team at Orgen Nutraceuticals Inc. The successful candidate will be responsible for coordinating the activities of the HR department, ensuring they meet the organization's goals.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Coordinate the flow of information within the team
  • Open and distribute mail and other materials
  • Record and prepare minutes of meetings, seminars, and conferences
  • Schedule and confirm appointments
  • Answer telephone and relay telephone calls and messages
  • Answer electronic enquiries
  • Compile data, statistics, and other information
  • Order office supplies and maintain inventory
  • Greet people and direct them to contacts or service areas
  • Type and proofread correspondence, forms, and other documents
  • Maintain and manage digital database

Preferred Qualifications:
  • 7 months to less than 1 year of experience
  • Knowledge of Google Docs, MS Excel, MS Windows, and MS Word
Support for Newcomers and Refugees:
  • Provides diversity and cross-cultural trainings to create a welcoming work environment for newcomers and/or refugees
Support for Indigenous People:
  • Provides cultural competency training and/or awareness training to all employees to create a welcoming work environment for Indigenous workers
Support for Visible Minorities:
  • Provides diversity and cross-cultural training to create a welcoming work environment for members of visible minorities

This is a permanent position with a 35-hour workweek. The language of work is English.
