Key Responsibilities
  • HR Process Administration: Provide day-to-day support for HR processes, ensuring seamless execution and compliance with company policies.

  • Employee Relations and Performance Management: Support the HR Management Team in developing and implementing programs to enhance employee engagement, productivity, and overall well-being.
  • Business Partnership: Serve as a strategic business partner to various departments, providing HR expertise and guidance to drive business results.
Requirements
  • Proven experience in HR business partnering, talent acquisition, and management.
  • Strong knowledge of HR processes, employment laws, and regulations.
  • Excellent communication, interpersonal, and problem-solving skills.
  • Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and prioritize multiple tasks.
