We are seeking a highly organized and detail-oriented Bookkeeping Specialist to join our team at Patel Chintankumar Personal Real Estate Corporation. As a key member of our accounting department, you will be responsible for maintaining accurate financial records and performing various bookkeeping tasks.
Key Responsibilities- Financial Record Keeping: Maintain accurate and up-to-date financial records, including accounts payable, accounts receivable, and general ledger.
- Account Reconciliation: Reconcile bank statements and credit card statements to ensure accuracy and identify any discrepancies.
- Financial Reporting: Prepare and analyze financial reports, including balance sheets, income statements, and cash flow statements.
- Payroll Processing: Calculate and prepare cheques for payroll, ensuring timely and accurate payment to employees.
- Accounting Systems: Maintain and balance various accounts using manual and computerized bookkeeping systems.
- Education: Secondary (high) school graduation certificate.
- Experience: 7 months to less than 1 year of experience in bookkeeping or a related field.
- Personal Suitability: Accurate, dependable, organized, and able to work in a fast-paced environment.
