Bookkeeping Specialist

We are seeking a highly organized and detail-oriented Bookkeeping Specialist to join our team at Tulsi Enterprise Inc.- Tim Hortons. As a key member of our finance department, you will be responsible for maintaining accurate financial records and ensuring the smooth operation of our accounting systems.
Key Responsibilities- Financial Record Keeping: Maintain and balance various accounts using manual and computerized bookkeeping systems, ensuring accuracy and compliance with financial regulations.
- Payroll Processing: Calculate and prepare cheques for payroll, ensuring timely and accurate payment to employees.
- Financial Reporting: Prepare and maintain general ledgers and financial statements, providing insights into our company's financial performance.
- Accounting Systems: Post journal entries and prepare trial balance of books, ensuring the integrity of our accounting systems.
- Accuracy: Ensure the accuracy of financial records and reports, maintaining the highest level of attention to detail.
- Client Focus: Provide exceptional service to our clients, ensuring their financial needs are met with professionalism and courtesy.
- Organized: Maintain a high level of organization, prioritizing tasks and managing multiple projects simultaneously.
- Reliability: Demonstrate a strong sense of reliability, ensuring the timely completion of tasks and meeting deadlines.
- Education: Secondary (high) school graduation certificate.
- Experience: 2 years to less than 3 years of experience in bookkeeping or a related field.
- Language: English.
- Work Hours: 35 hours per week.
