Job Summary

We are seeking a highly skilled and experienced Cleaning Operations Manager to join our team at New Era Janitorial Services Inc. As a key member of our operations team, you will be responsible for overseeing the daily activities of our cleaning staff and ensuring that our clients receive exceptional service.

Key Responsibilities
  • Hire and Train Staff: Recruit, train, and develop a team of cleaning professionals to meet the needs of our clients.
  • Supervise and Coordinate Activities: Oversee the daily activities of our cleaning staff, ensuring that tasks are completed efficiently and effectively.
  • Inspect Sites and Facilities: Conduct regular site inspections to ensure that our clients' facilities are clean, safe, and meet our high standards.
  • Recommend Additional Services: Identify opportunities to provide additional services to our clients, such as specialized cleaning or maintenance.
  • Manage Schedules and Workloads: Establish and manage work schedules and workloads to ensure that our clients receive timely and efficient service.
  • Communicate with Clients: Develop and maintain strong relationships with our clients, ensuring that their needs are met and exceeded.
Requirements
  • Education: Secondary (high) school graduation certificate
  • Experience: 1 year to less than 2 years of experience in a supervisory or management role
  • Skills: Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, ability to work in a fast-paced environment, and strong problem-solving skills
Work Environment

As a Cleaning Operations Manager with New Era Janitorial Services Inc, you will work in a fast-paced environment with tight deadlines and a high level of physical activity. You will be required to stand for extended periods and handle heavy loads.
