Travel Consultant Job Description

We are seeking a highly skilled and experienced Travel Consultant to join our team at Ten Group. As a Travel Consultant, you will be responsible for providing exceptional customer service to our valued members, planning and booking luxury and international travel arrangements, and creating bespoke experiences that exceed their expectations.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Provide personalized travel solutions to our members, including booking airline, hotel, cruise, packages, tours, and creating customized itineraries.
  • Develop and maintain in-depth knowledge of domestic and international destinations, including local markets and customer trends.
  • Build and maintain strong relationships with our members, understanding their lifestyle travel needs and preferences.
  • Work collaboratively with our team to ensure seamless execution of travel arrangements and exceptional customer service.
  • Stay up-to-date with industry trends, supplier information, and travel regulations to provide expert advice to our members.

Requirements:

  • Fluency in French is required.
  • TICO certification and/or expertise in Canadian tourism is an asset.
  • A minimum of 3 years recent experience booking domestic and international travel.
  • Exceptional customer service skills, with a talent for delighting customers who expect the finest service.
  • Attention to detail, with the ability to work under pressure and adapt to changing priorities.
  • Strong verbal and written communication skills, with the ability to interact with customers via phone, email, and creating member proposals.
