Job Summary

Key Responsibilities
  • Team Leadership: Supervise and coordinate the activities of sales workers, providing guidance and support to ensure seamless store operations.
  • Merchandise Management: Order and manage inventory, ensuring that our store is well-stocked and visually appealing.
  • Sales and Customer Service: Assign sales workers to duties, authorize payments, and resolve customer complaints in a professional and courteous manner.
  • Reporting and Analysis: Prepare reports on sales volumes, merchandising, and personnel matters to inform business decisions.
  • Inventory Control: Organize and maintain inventory, ensuring that stock levels are accurate and up-to-date.
Requirements
  • Secondary (high) school graduation certificate
  • 1 year to less than 2 years of experience in a sales or retail environment
  • Excellent communication and leadership skills
  • Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and prioritize tasks effectively
  • Strong analytical and problem-solving skills
