Job Title: Administrative Assistant

We are seeking a highly organized and detail-oriented Administrative Assistant to join our team at Sandra's Home Health Care Services Inc.

Job Summary:

The Administrative Assistant will provide administrative support to our healthcare team, ensuring the smooth operation of our office and the delivery of exceptional patient care.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Plan and organize daily operations, including scheduling appointments and managing contracts.
  • Train other workers and determine office procedures and routines.
  • Manage electronic medical records and perform data entry.
  • Provide customer service and respond to inquiries.
  • Recruit and hire workers and carry out related staffing actions.
Requirements:
  • College, CEGEP or other non-university certificate or diploma from a program of 1 year to 2 years, or equivalent experience.
  • Experience in a healthcare setting is an asset.
  • Proficient in MS Office, Google Docs, and Quick Books.
Work Environment:

This is a permanent position, working 35 to 40 hours per week. The language of work is English.
