Key Responsibilities:

  • Assist in the evaluation of applications and respond to inquiries from prospective students.
  • Input relevant program admission data and generate correspondence through the MIS system.
  • Make necessary updates to critical external-facing documents utilized by applicants and the public.
  • Support the Student Records team in fulfilling requests for transcripts, credentials, and other essential documents.
  • Track all stages of transcript and credential creation to report on service quality.
  • Coordinate the ordering and assembly of print and electronic acceptance packages, which serve as vital marketing and recruitment tools.
  • Act as the primary contact for clients regarding the MyCreds online credential wallet, addressing troubleshooting and access issues.
  • Oversee the production of graduation documents, letters, transcripts, and diplomas, ensuring timely delivery in collaboration with various college departments and partner institutions.

Qualifications:

  • A two-year diploma in Office Administration, Business, or a related field.
  • A minimum of two years of recent office experience in a computerized setting that demands high-level language skills to clearly articulate policies and procedures to both internal and external clients.
  • Comprehensive knowledge and experience in a multi-departmental organization requiring interdepartmental collaboration and management of multiple concurrent processes.
