As a Data Governance Analyst at Desjardins, you play a pivotal role in shaping our strategic direction and ensuring data integrity across all business operations. You'll work closely with stakeholders to understand their needs, analyze complex data landscapes, and develop innovative solutions that drive organizational growth and efficiency.
Your responsibilities will encompass:
- Conducting in-depth analyses of costs, benefits, risks, constraints, business opportunities, and stakeholder requirements to define project scope and articulate needs effectively.
- Formalizing objectives, identifying value propositions, and modeling business processes to ensure alignment with strategic goals.
- Collaborating with users to design solutions that meet business objectives, analyzing impacts on various stakeholders, identifying prerequisites and dependencies, and fostering a holistic vision for the solution. This includes ensuring end-to-end requirements traceability.
- Contributing to the development of testing strategies and acceptance testing plans, providing support to the business sector during solution implementation.
- Assisting in the development and execution of change management strategies to ensure a smooth transition for all stakeholders.
