Intact Financial Corporation is seeking a talented and passionate Data Governance Analyst to join our growing team. In this role, you will play a crucial part in ensuring the accuracy, reliability, and accessibility of our data assets.

Your Impact:

  • Collaborate with internal teams and distribution partners to implement robust data governance frameworks.
  • Conduct in-depth data analysis and prepare comprehensive reports to meet strategic business needs.
  • Develop innovative solutions for data sharing and visualization, leveraging tools such as Power BI, SQL, and Excel.
  • Maintain and enhance existing business intelligence components to optimize dashboards and reporting.
  • Contribute to the accuracy and integrity of our data through rigorous analysis and quality control measures.

Your Expertise:

  • 3-5 years of proven experience in a Business Intelligence (BI) role.
  • A deep understanding of data governance principles and best practices.
  • Proficiency in Power BI, DAX, Power Query, Excel, and SQL.
  • Experience with automation and relational database modeling.
  • Strong analytical skills, strategic thinking, and a meticulous approach to detail.
  • Excellent communication and collaboration skills.
  • Fluency in both French and English.
