We are seeking a highly organized and detail-oriented Implementation Coordinator to join our fast-paced team at LEAP Legal Software. As an Implementation Coordinator, you will play a critical role in ensuring the successful implementation of our market-leading software solutions for our clients.
Key Responsibilities:- Manage and coordinate implementations from start to finish, ensuring timely and successful delivery.
- Work closely with external consultants to coordinate and manage the implementation process.
- Ensure high-quality data entry and maintenance in internal systems.
- Schedule and coordinate onboarding for in-house implementations.
- Liaise with clients to set expectations and provide support throughout the implementation process.
- Follow up with clients post-implementation to ensure satisfaction and identify areas for improvement.
- Assist with troubleshooting and resolving issues that may arise during the implementation process.
- Excellent organizational and time management skills, with the ability to meet deadlines.
- Experience working in Software as a Service (SaaS) or legal industry.
- Strong communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to work effectively with clients and internal stakeholders.
- Ability to work autonomously and as part of a team, with a flexible and adaptable approach to changing priorities.
