Key Responsibilities- Technical Support: Provide timely and effective technical support to our clients and internal stakeholders, resolving issues related to computer systems, networks, and software applications.
- Problem-Solving: Analyze and resolve complex technical problems, often under tight deadlines and in a fast-paced environment.
- Communication: Develop and maintain strong relationships with clients and internal stakeholders through excellent oral and written communication skills.
- Training and Development: Provide training and guidance to users on the effective use of software applications and systems.
- Documentation: Maintain accurate and detailed records of problems and solutions, and contribute to the development of knowledge bases and technical documentation.
- Team Collaboration: Work collaboratively with other technical support analysts and IT professionals to resolve complex technical issues and improve overall system performance.
- Education: Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, or a related field.
- Experience: Minimum 2 years of experience in a technical support role, with a strong background in software applications and systems.
- Skills: Excellent problem-solving and analytical skills, strong communication and interpersonal skills, and the ability to work effectively in a team environment.
This is a permanent, full-time position with a competitive salary and benefits package, including a dental plan and health care plan. The successful candidate will be required to work 40 hours per week in a fast-paced environment with tight deadlines.
