Job Summary

As a Retail Store Supervisor at Savers, you will play a critical role in the success of your store, making important decisions that directly impact business results and developing and empowering your team members.

Key Responsibilities

  • Lead and manage a team of retail store employees to achieve sales and customer service goals.
  • Make strategic decisions to drive business results and improve store performance.
  • Develop and implement plans to increase sales, reduce costs, and improve customer satisfaction.
  • Collaborate with other departments to achieve company-wide goals and objectives.
