We are seeking a highly motivated and customer-oriented individual to join our team as a Rental Coordinator at Cooper Equipment Rentals. As a key member of our operations team, you will be responsible for providing exceptional customer service, managing rental equipment inventory, and coordinating with our service department to ensure seamless rental experiences for our customers.

Key Responsibilities

  • Customer Service: Answer customer inquiries, process rental requests, and communicate professionally and effectively with customers and internal stakeholders.
  • Inventory Management: Maintain and document on-site inventories, communicate findings to staff daily, and ensure strong commitment to inventory control.
  • Rental Contract Management: Process new rental contracts daily as per standard operating procedures.
  • Coordination and Dispatch: Coordinate with the service department on rental equipment and service/repair issues, dispatch drivers to arrange delivery of construction equipment to customer job sites.

Requirements

  • Experience: Minimum of 2 years of related experience in customer service, retail, construction, or a similar field.
  • Skills: Ability to lift up to 50 lbs independently, valid Class G driver's license, comfortable with computers, and strong problem-solving skills.
  • Personal Qualities: Self-starter, customer service oriented, team player, and thrives in a fast-paced environment with strict deadlines.
