Food Service Team Lead

We are seeking a highly skilled Food Service Supervisor to join our team at Wild Wing (St. Catherines). As a key member of our food service team, you will be responsible for ensuring the highest quality of food and service to our customers.
Key Responsibilities:- Leadership and Supervision: Supervise and co-ordinate activities of staff who prepare and portion food, train staff in job duties, sanitation and safety procedures, and ensure that food and service meet quality control standards.
- Operations Management: Establish methods to meet work schedules, requisition food and kitchen supplies, prepare budget and cost estimates, and maintain records of stock, repairs, sales, and wastage.
- Customer Service: Address customers' complaints or concerns, and ensure that food and service meet quality control standards.
- Team Collaboration: Work collaboratively with other team members to achieve common goals and objectives.
- Education: Secondary (high) school graduation certificate.
- Work Experience: 7 months to less than 1 year of experience in a food service establishment.
- Language: English.
- Work Hours: 30 hours per week.
