    • Coordinate the preparation and portioning of food, ensuring that it meets our high standards of quality and presentation.
  • Train and Develop Staff
    • Provide training and guidance to food service staff on their job duties, sanitation and safety procedures, and customer service standards.
    • Develop and implement training programs to enhance staff skills and knowledge.
  • Manage Inventory and Supplies
    • Estimate and order ingredients and supplies required for meal preparation, ensuring that we have adequate stock levels to meet customer demands.
    • Monitor and control inventory levels, minimizing waste and excess stock.
  • Lead and Motivate Team Members
    • Lead and motivate food service staff to achieve their full potential, promoting a positive and productive work environment.
    • Address customer complaints and concerns in a professional and courteous manner.
  • Prepare Reports and Analytics
    • Prepare and submit reports on food service operations, including sales data, customer feedback, and staff performance.
    • Analyze data and trends to identify areas for improvement and implement changes to enhance customer satisfaction and staff productivity.
Requirements
  • Education
    • Secondary (high) school graduation certificate or equivalent experience.
  • Experience
    • 7 months to less than 1 year of experience in a food service supervisory role.
    • Permanent employment with a reputable food service organization.
    • Fluent in English language.
    • Ability to work 30 hours per week.
