As a Baker at Bimbo QSR, you will be expected to: Possess baking experience and mechanical aptitude is advantageous Handle physically demanding tasks (up to 40lbs) Adapt to production needs by taking on alternate duties and responsibilities as required. Input data into the ORACLE system and conduct start-ups at the beginning of production runs, ensuring Pre-op Safety & Food Safety inspections are completed. Communicate effectively across all areas of the process and with other departments (i.e. sanitation, maintenance, distribution, etc.), including supervision and lead hand. Adhere to Standard Operating Procedures for all mixing resources (equipment & personnel). Foster a safe work environment, ensuring Good Manufacturing Practices (GMPs), 5S, and cleanliness are maintained within the work area. Complete documentation accurately and promptly in accordance with HACCP requirements (i.e. lot numbers, etc.). Ensure product quality meets specifications.
