As a Baker at Bimbo QSR, you will be expected to: Have prior baking experience; mechanical skills are advantageous. Handle physically demanding tasks (up to 40lbs). Adapt to various roles as production needs dictate. Input data into the ORACLE system and conduct start-ups at the beginning of production runs, ensuring safety and food safety inspections are completed. Communicate effectively across all departments, including sanitation, maintenance, and distribution. Adhere to Standard Operating Procedures for all mixing resources (equipment & personnel). Foster a safe working environment and maintain Good Manufacturing Practices (GMPs), 5S, and cleanliness in the work area. Complete documentation accurately and promptly in accordance with HACCP requirements. Ensure product quality meets established specifications. Be versatile in covering different positions for which training has been provided.
