Job Title: Office Administrator

We are seeking a highly organized and detail-oriented Office Administrator to join our team at Mararh Transport Ltd.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Review and evaluate new administrative procedures to ensure efficiency and effectiveness.
  • Establish work priorities and ensure procedures are followed and deadlines are met.
  • Carry out administrative activities of the establishment, including data entry and report preparation.
  • Administer policies and procedures related to the release of records in processing requests under government access to information and privacy legislation.
  • Coordinate and plan for office services, including accommodation, relocation, equipment, supplies, forms, disposal of assets, parking, maintenance, and security services.
  • Assemble data and prepare periodic and special reports, manuals, and correspondence.
  • Perform data entry and oversee and coordinate office administrative procedures.
Work Conditions and Physical Capabilities:
  • Work under pressure and maintain attention to detail.
Support for Diverse Groups:
  • Provide diversity and cross-cultural training to create a welcoming work environment for newcomers and refugees.
  • Provide awareness training to employees to create a welcoming work environment for youth, Veterans, Indigenous people, and visible minorities.
Requirements:
  • Secondary (high) school graduation certificate.
  • 1 year to less than 2 years of experience.
  • Permanent work term.
  • 40 hours per week.
  • English language.
