At Financière Sun Life, we're seeking a talented Wealth Sales Representative to join our team. As a key player in our Individual Insurance and Investments business unit, you'll have the opportunity to make a real impact on our clients' lives.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Partner with Wealth Sales Directors and Regional Sales Assistants to drive sales through various investment channels.
  • Build relationships with investment advisors, providing insights on capital markets and promoting Sun Life wealth solutions.
  • Assist advisors and insurance specialists with business building practices and competitor analysis.
  • Generate sales and lead development through proactive outreach and communication.
  • Utilize CRM/database to plan and prioritize activities with advisors.
  • Participate in national, regional, and project group meetings, sharing feedback and information.
  • Organize and execute conferences calls and webcasts to connect with advisors.
Requirements:
  • Minimum 3 years of sales experience, preferably in the financial services industry.
  • Strong sales aptitude, entrepreneurial spirit, and passion for following capital markets.
  • Ability to build credibility and rapport with clients over the phone.
  • Strong listening and communication skills, with the ability to simplify complex financial concepts.
  • Ability to organize, prioritize, and execute sales plans within a team.
  • Bilingualism (French and English) is required for frequent interactions with colleagues and internal partners.
