About the Role

We are seeking a highly skilled SMB Account Manager to join our team at Amazon Web Services Canada, Inc. As an SMB Account Manager, you will play a critical role in driving revenue and market share in a defined region.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Drive revenue and market share in a defined region.
  • Meet or exceed quarterly revenue targets.
  • Develop and execute against a regional sales plan.
  • Accelerate customer adoption.
  • Maintain a robust sales pipeline.
  • Work with partners to extend reach & drive adoption.
  • Ensure customer satisfaction.
  • Limited travel.

Requirements

To be successful in this role, you will need:

  • 5+ years of full sales cycle, technology sales or equivalent business development, sales engineering/consulting or equivalent experience
  • Bachelor's degree or equivalent

Preferred qualifications include experience with sales CRM tools such as Salesforce or similar software, experience in engineering, computer science, or MIS, and experience driving new business in greenfield accounts at the Csuite level or equivalent.
