We are seeking a highly motivated and detail-oriented Rehabilitation Assistant to join our team at Northern Health Authority. As a key member of our multidisciplinary team, you will play a vital role in supporting the rehabilitation process for our patients.
Key Responsibilities- Assist with the implementation of rehabilitative treatment plans and programs under the supervision of a Physiotherapist, Occupational Therapist, Speech Language Pathologist, or Recreation Therapist.
- Monitor patients' progression and provide support as needed.
- Contribute to the operational and technical functions of the department, service, or program.
