Assistant Retail Store Manager

We are seeking a highly skilled and experienced Retail Store Supervisor to join our team at 881 CORNER GAS Ltd. as a key member of our retail operations.
Key Responsibilities- Team Leadership: Supervise and co-ordinate the activities of sales workers, ensuring a high level of customer service and sales performance.
- Inventory Management: Organize and maintain inventory levels, ensuring accurate stock levels and minimizing losses.
- Merchandise Management: Order merchandise and authorize returns, ensuring that stock levels are maintained and that customer needs are met.
- Reporting and Analysis: Prepare reports on sales volumes, merchandising, and personnel matters, providing insights to inform business decisions.
- Customer Service: Resolve customer requests, complaints, and supply shortages, ensuring a positive customer experience.
- Work Schedules: Establish and manage work schedules, ensuring adequate staffing levels and minimizing overtime.
- Education: Secondary (high) school graduation certificate.
- Experience: 1 year to less than 2 years of experience in a retail environment.
- Work Setting: Retail business environment.
- Work Language: English.
- Hours: 32 hours per week.
